Media Buying (Offline and/or Online)

• The day-to-day media buying for the agency

• Secure joint appointment with RMs and increase conversion rate of Universal Life and Insurance products to achieve revenue and new client acquisition targets.
• Acquire new retail clients through developing professional relationships
• Maintain sales standards and robust advisory of Universal Life and Insurance products, in accordance to SLA agreement with business partner.

Client Servicing

• Perform client needs analysis
• Provide clients with advisory on Universal Life and Insurance products towards holistic portfolio management
• Establish an advisory process which RMs can tap on while they are on the go, to facilitate their sales call with clients.
• Conduct joint appointment and visitation with RHB clients                              
• Perform ongoing servicing of client accounts and identify any potential opportunities with extending banking services.

Working with Internal Partners

• Deepen relationship with partners for wider support and marketing fund to achieve departmental goals.
• Work closely with Insurance partners and Commercial banking to deepen cross-sell ratio and cross unit collaboration
• Train and coach sales staff to ensure high level of competency & productivity in insurance.
