Job Overview
The Quality Specialist is responsible to carry out and adopt the global Quality Plan according to the specific needs defined by the scope of the assignment, to assist the assigned business line staff in improving compliance with relevant International Conference on Harmonization (ICH), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), applicable regulatory requirements, and guidelines. Essential Functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field
• 3 - 5 years of prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

-Manage the product catalogue including but not limited to pricing, product specifications and

sales quotations for respective customers to.

-Provide administrative support to commercial team.

-Assist with consolidation and tracking of customer order.

-Co-ordinate and assist to conduct regular competitors’ price survey for comparison.

-Assist with Stock Inventory Management and Reporting

-Assist with stock take, audit and stock reconciliation

-Assist in the timely and accurate maintenance of product codes for each customer.

-Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents for system maintenance.

-Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements:

-Diploma/bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 2-3 years of working experience in Singapore.

-Working knowledge of Basic Accounting or Inventory software will be an added advantage.

-Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)

• Drive business growth by executing the joint GTS-SME business strategy, by rolling out new products and by enabling the client facing sales teams to effectively sell the commercial card payment solutions: Superior Product Proposition: Develop and strengthen the SME Cards product propositions based on a deep understanding of client needs and processes.

• Sales Enablement: Implement processes to enable RM / Sales teams to have a clear understanding of the product propositions so that they can easily market these solutions to the relevant client segments.

• Provide training and marketing support to implement go-to-market plans and drive product usage.

What you’ll do:

• Assist in conducting KYC and transaction monitoring reviews for new and existing clients. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Transaction (KYT), and Know Your Customer (KYC) in the crypto industry.
