Responsibilities

1. Seek and interpret inputs from across the organization to build a demand plan that will drive operational activity in line with the business objectives.

9. Collaborate with planners in one’s own region and other regions to ensure coordination of material requirements and shared global resources (such as plant capacity) and develop best practice procedures.

10. Be aware of, and support where necessary, other Supply operations within the region to ensure that Planning activities are aligned with Logistics and Procurement objectives.

11. Support Inventory and other ad-hoc reporting for both Demand and Supply Planning.

12. Support company quality and safety systems through day-to-day activities and via formal feedback mechanism.

The position is part of the Pall Singapore Operations team and will be located in Benoi, Singapore.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Carry out production activities and ensure that all required specifications are met and adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines, regulation, policies, procedures and 5S; Operate machines/equipment and ensure all materials are readily available
• Assist in development, implementation, and revision of SOP, work instruction and relevant documentation in partnership with cross functional teams; Support improvement efforts and appropriate duties as assigned
• Work in a team environment with shift members, supervisor, and cross functional teams on day-to-day operations which includes preliminary/minor machines or equipment troubleshooting, manufacturing associate OJT and other assigned projects

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Minimum high school graduate with 1 to 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Train and guide operators to meet daily production output, escalate line issues and quality.
• Comfortable to work in rotating shift in clean room environment and occasional lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 20kg

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Familiarity with Microsoft software and SAP/other ERP experience (specifically in a manufacturing environment)
• Basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) operations and chemical process

Responsibilities:

• Perform cable and high-power unit assembly tasks with provided training.
• Air leak testing.
• Production maintenance.

Requirements:

• Soldering and testing skills with provided training.
• Experience in manufacturing experience.

Electrical Engineers (Mechanical ) - (Design Prototypes Power Systems Control Panel)

Job Description:

• Analyze, design, develop, maintain products and assist in their commercialization.
• Basic knowledge on electrical motors (Induction and Permanent Magnet type)
• Understanding of basic electrical circuits, motor control and VSD operations
• Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design prototypes and systems for testing.
