The Recruiter will work under the brand of Talent Solutions RPO, where we have been named, the global leader in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) for the eleventh year in the Everest Group PEAK Matrix® Assessment in 2021.
The Role
The Recruiter will support one of our MNC clients to ensure that we are delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction and it will involve liaising with client on a day-to-day basis as well as putting together innovative resourcing strategies to meet their expectations entirely.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading an end-to-end recruitment process
- Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities
- Ensuring quality shortlists are prepared and delivered in a timely manner
- Facilitating the interview and selection process
- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders
- Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities
- Proactively sourcing candidates from a variety of channels, including cold-calling, Internet searches and networking to build a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates
- Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations
- Ensuring candidate and hiring manager a great experience by frequent updates and communication
- Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
- Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team goals
- Undertaking market mapping projects
Skills & Experience
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working directly with Hiring Managers
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients and teammates
- Strong customer focus and the ability to manage senior stakeholders
- An analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach
