Key Responsibilities

• Timely processing of bilateral and syndication loans drawdown, rollover, rate fixing, billing, repayment and facility fees collection.
• Support remittance and deposits placement functions.
• Perform AML screening as well as pre & post-transactional handling.
• Timely and proper response to internal/external stakeholder’s inquiries and on matters relating to the services provided by the Branch.
• Maintain proper record of all loan files.
• Perform daily reconciliation, audit confirmation, management and regulatory reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance of authorities’ regulations such as SFA / FSSC / Halal etc
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team members
• Provide guidance and support to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently
• Ensure all products produced meet high quality standards by implementing quality control procedures, conduct regular inspections and monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues

• Conduct monthly disposal of expired goods, ensuring FIFO process
• Works with Production Manager to manage budget; monitor cost and identify areas for cost savings
• Conduct training and develop production crew ensure they have necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
• Perform other duties as assigned

SAP HR Consultant

• To provide SAP Payroll HR application maintenance support to IBM installed bases.
• To support the complex solution to ensure that all the employees .
• To liaise with IBM installed bases HR regarding payroll related incidents; analyse the issues and provide timely fixes.
• To understand the installed bases new requirements, conduct impact analysis, develop solutions, and justify effort estimate
• To present solutions and answer client's queries on the various possible unique scenario for example system effect on changing of UEN, cross company charging, retro claims, benefits claims, part time - full time conversion, additional wages/over time computation
• To design and implement the accepted solution, conduct system integration test, support UAT, perform data migration, validate the migrated data, perform cutover to prepare for go live
• To support all new statutory requirements or company policy changes which will impact HR/ Payroll

- Over 3 years of experience involved SAP ABAP debugging in Human Resources / HCM with S/4 Conversion Involved in S4 Hana Conversion projects implementation

- Strong technical skills in all areas of the ABAP workbench including: List, interactive, & ALV reporting; BAPIs and BDC scripts; SAPscript & SMART Forms; Adobe Forms; Dialog Programming; User-Exits & Customer Enhancements; Performance Tuning; ABAP Objects; Workflow; Analyzing ABAP logs/dumps; Researching SAP Notes

- Experience with developing interfaces between SAP and non-SAP applications Experience in support testing and data migration experience, as well as drafting of technical & functional specification for reports, interface, enhancement, forms and etc

- Strong functional and configuration skills in all areas of the HR/HCM modules in various industries
