Directs/manages the preparation of Food processing at one or more Central Kitchen

Duties may include:

• Coordinate and manage food preparation at central kitchen.

• Apply culinary techniques to prepare food according to the establishment’s standard recipes and operating procedures, where applicable.

• Support manager in the development of new items

• Monitor and guide food processing teams on proper portioning techniques to optimize processing efficiency and minimize waste.

• To oversee food processing teams as needed to ensure efficient operations and adherence to quality standards.

• To ensure and maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations and proper upkeep of processing equipment to uphold safety and hygiene standards.

Monthly salary ranges from $3500 to $3800 depending on the work experience

HR Generalist

(6 Months Maternity Cover – Jan to June 2025) – up to $5k

Responsibilities:

• Serves as primary compensation contact to human resources (HR) Managers to provide advice, direction and guidance on broadly defined compensation matters.
• Guides and coaches compensation analysts on compensation responsibilities. Serves as point of escalation for complex compensation issues.
• Plans, executes and leads compensation team projects requiring analysis of factors that cross organizational lines and impact multiple organizational units.
• Recommends, conducts and participates in assigned salary surveys in order to understand competitive compensation levels in the organization.
• Completes job evaluation studies and ensures that job descriptions on file are current, complete and accurate.
• Assures through audits, analysis and reports, that all organization compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations.

• Process SAP Accounting software workflows as per the latest Business Process Control Duties. Including checking of workflows submitted by Business Departments against Sales and Purchases delivery documents, Contracts and posting onto accounting system.
• Process Payments and receipts by checking against evidence and company’s internal rules.
• Ensure complete closing process such as all relevant Sales, Purchases, Non-operating income and expenses are posted into our accounts every month end. More focus to ensure complete closing during quarter-end through Closing Process Checklist.
• Check and ensure proper Vendor/Customer Bank Account registration applications from Business and Corporate Departments and advise to them in case of difficulties faced such as third party/country payment.

• Oversee the complete range of M&E Quantity Surveyor duties, including tender preparation, pre-contract activities, and post-contract administration. This includes reviewing contracts, performing quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities, and selecting subcontractors, with a focus on M&E disciplines.
