We are seeking an experienced M365 Resident Engineer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 solutioning, implementation, and support, ideally within a banking or financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and deploying secure, scalable Microsoft 365 solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 security features.
• Conduct detailed requirement analysis, solution design, and integration planning for M365 services, ensuring adherence to security and compliance policies specific to banking environments.
• Manage the full lifecycle of M365 implementations, including planning, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Provide technical expertise for M365 migrations, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and hybrid identity setups (Entra ID, AD Connect).
• Lead the configuration and implementation of Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and mobile device management (MDM) via Intune.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to M365 services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the roadmap for the M365 platform, aligning with business objectives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and secure data protection practices, particularly around email encryption, data retention, and DLP (Data Loss Prevention) in banking.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Microsoft 365 and other enterprise solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in solutioning and implementing large-scale M365 environments, preferably within the banking sector.
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Governance.
• Strong working knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Intune for device management and mobile security.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation for managing M365 environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Credentials (optional):

• Microsoft 365 Certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, MS-500) are highly preferred.
• Strong experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Render all M&E Engineering support to the M&E Manager/Project Manager for the successful execution of the project.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, consultant representative (RE/RTO), relevant authorities and sub-contractors on M&E issues and challenges.
• Coordinate with all M&E subcontractors, as well as project team structural and architectural colleagues to resolve all drawings, site discrepancy or technical issues.
• Attend all project meetings and progress meetings relating to meeting master program schedule.
• Ensure good M&E drawing management and the control of M&E documentation/filing on site.
• Ensure timely production and submission of M&E shop drawings, materials submission and method statements. All M&E shop drawings, materials and method statement are to be approved before use.
• Ensure all M&E site activities are well-planned, well-coordinated and on time.
• Oversee and guide all M&E staff/Supervisors/sub-contractors, ensuring work is carried out in accordance to the approved shop drawings, materials and method statements.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive M&E progress report with photographs when required.
• Arrange for all M&E T&C works
• Work with Consultants to come out with proper site inspection schedule to be carried out by the relevant government authorities.
• Work closely with EHS Department to ensure strict compliance of safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience for Main Contractor in project management and/ or site coordination works for building or civil projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and management within the construction or engineering industry.

• Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management best practices.

What will you do?

• Leading the Deployment of Application for Building Management System / Electrical Power Management System
• Lead technical discussion and clarification with the customer acting as key contact person for all technical related topics. Under Project Manager leadership monitor engineering deliverables and progress through continuous communication with team members and perform regular technical status reports.
• Take active part in meetings with the customer. Prepare and conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with the customer.
• Perform and get customer approval on basic and detailed design of integrated solutions in line with the contract (technical, time & performance requirements) and leveraging Schneider Electric portfolio of products and systems, maximize project profitability and manage technical risk.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with global teams and complying to global standards.
