Job Responsibilities

General Administrative

• Prepare all agreements/contracts for engaging external vendors/individuals
• Source and manage bookings of suitable rehearsal and performance venues

• Coordinate and compile the As-Built information for record purposes timely.

About the role

Duty Engineer

The Duty Engineer plays a crucial role in overseeing all engineering operations within the hotel. This includes delegating tasks to subordinates, coordinating engineering activities, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. He/she will ensure compliance with maintenance standards, monitor supplies, and respond to emergency breakdowns.
