Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2/3 network operations support
• Respond to incident calls and ensure the SLA to our clients is met
• Perform changes to the network in-line with the organization’s Change Management processes
• Ensure compliance to policies, processes and standards, both internal and clients’ organization
• Prepare network analysis reports, including findings with analysis

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience providing network operational and administration supporting Cisco products (Routers / Switches/WLAN)
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT or its related field.
• Minimum Cisco CCNP certification
• In-depth knowledge of network routing and switching technologies and protocols
• Knowledge of network security, load balancing and optimization technologies
• Experience working with Cisco ACI, Bluecoat Proxy, F5 Load Balancer, Palo Alto or Checkpoint firewall is preferred.

Overview

• Provide technical support, propose solutions and project related queries for all Wired, Wireless network.

IT Engineer

Job Scope:

• Set up cloud infrastructure for AWS or Azure
• Install and configure software and hardware for project testing.
• Liaise with customers to gather requirements.
• Produce design / test document in a project.
• Hardening windows and Linux system

• Set up cluster server, VMware, and workstations
• Create and verify backups of data

System Installation & Programming

•Install lighting control systems based on design specifications and project requirements.

•Set up wiring and connections for control panels, dimmers, sensors, and other components.

•Program and configure lighting control systems to achieve desired lighting effects, energy efficiency, and user preferences.

•Customize control interfaces such as touch panels, mobile apps, or computer software to facilitate user-friendly operation.

Testing and Commissioning

•Conduct thorough testing of the installed lighting control systems to ensure proper functionality.

•Address any issues or discrepancies identified during testing.

•Commission the system to ensure it meets performance and design specifications.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance

•Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with lighting control systems.•

•Perform routine maintenance to ensure the continued reliability and performance of the system.

•Respond promptly to service calls and address issues in a timely manner.

Documentation:

•Maintain accurate records of system configurations, programming codes, and any modifications made during installation or maintenance.

•Provide documentation and training for end-users on how to operate and troubleshoot the lighting control system.

Customer Support:

•Provide technical support to end-users and address any inquiries or issues they may have.

•Offer recommendations for system upgrades or improvements based on evolving needs.
