Job Description:

The DevSecOps Engineer works along with the Project teams to onboard new squads in the DevOps environment. DevSecOps Engineers will guide them for continuous integration, continuous deployment and continuous testing. DevSecOps Engineer works closely with the development team and operation team to create DevOps strategy and toolset that suits the individual squads.

Responsibility:

This role is within Package and Development Engineering (PDE) group of Micron. This is a global department with teams located in USA, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and India. As a PDPE (Package Device Product Engineer) in PDE, you will be responsible to prepare for new DRAM, NAND or MNAND products and coordinate resources, testing, and analysis over the lifecycle of the product. Requirements:

• PhD/Masters/Bachelors in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related fields
• Preferably with experienced in Package Design Engineering and Yield Enhancement
• Strong understanding and knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Proficiency in statistical/machine learning and statistical techniques skills will be additional advantageous;
• Experience in MRDA will be a plus
• Proven ability to make decisions, multi-task, and solve problems and address root causes.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair works adhere to specifications, are completed on schedule, within budget, and accurately documented.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize machinery performance and extend equipment lifespan.
• Liaise internally between operations teams to address machinery breakdowns and operational concerns.
• Coordinate data collection on auxiliary materials from operations teams and report accordingly.
• Manage receipt, maintenance, and monitoring of machinery parts inventory.
• Collect machinery maintenance repair data and costs for analysis.
• Prepare monthly machinery reports detailing maintenance activities and performance metrics.
• Undertake additional tasks as required to support operational needs and project requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or Equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience dealing with machinery.
• Those who have experiences in machinery spare parts will have added advantage.
• Resourceful with positive attitude and able to work independently.
