• Partner with Workforce Development team to develop and implement training plans and ensuring ontime training and certification of Shift Production Engineers and Technicians.
• Lead and set directions for the Shift Production team with production moves daily target and effectively manage the Shift Production team resources to meet planned output and cycle time.
• Review production performance and coordinate relevant Engineering and supporting teams to achieve tactical and strategic production output and cycle time targets
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to strategize, plan and minimize impact of scheduled plant maintenance or large-scale concurrent equipment plan works to production.
• Work with relevant cross functional teams to build advance automation systems, analytic dashboards using smart data analytics and AI to improve Shift Production efficiency and effectiveness to achieve production output and cycle time targets.
• Create, prioritize and manage multiple continuous improvement projects to improve Shift Production KPIs.

Requirements

• Willing to work 12hr night shifts
• Minimum 5yrs of knowledge and experience in managing advance semiconductor 300mm Fabrication plant operation in leadership position roles
• Relevant operation management experience in latest advance semiconductor Photolithography, Plasma Etch or Chemical Vapor Deposition equipments preferred
• Relevant experience as emergency response team leadership role preferred
• Relevant experience in advance automation systems, analytic dashboards creation preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the safety, quality, and environmental and energy aspects of the production plant, managing and organizing production processes to ensure they operate efficiently.
• Ensure the department meets the standards required for management system certifications such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, IATF 16949, etc.
• Prepare and update essential documentation, including Production Work Instructions, forms, Quality and Environmental Impact Assessments, and Risk Assessments.
• Assess training needs annually or as needed to ensure production staff are properly skilled.
• Address any issues promptly that arise from customer feedback, audits, or other stakeholder concerns.
• Review materials and processes regularly to seek improvements.
• Analyze production capacity and maintain detailed process records.
• Track and manage resources to cut costs and reduce waste of materials and energy.
• Step in to handle various tasks as needed to support other departments.
• Take part in interviewing and evaluating the performance of department staff.
