*Cooperation with Clients, consultants, Designers, project co-ordinator, sub-contractors, supervisors, and building authorities involved in the projects.

*Setting up framework for developments, infrastructure works and tenant fit-outs.

*Provide leadership, direction, and education of key strategic initiatives targeted at improving safety culture and compliance

*Review the progress and overall project budget and schedule, responding to customer requests in accordance with company policy.

*Ability to understand construction drawings.

Requirements:
*Academic Qualifications: Diploma & above
*At least 2 years of relevant working experience in business development, preferably in construction, or ID industry
*Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
*Able to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment
*Self- motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Daily bookkeeping

• Xero software knowledge would be advantage

HR Responsibilities:

• Assist with foreign employee related queries
• Assist with preparation and issuance of Appointment Letters
• Assist with Payroll
• Arrangement of Employee Team Bonding Event
• Infotech knowledge would be advantage

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Handle company confidential documents
• General administrative duties
• Assist with marketing tools such as Facebook, Instagram

Requirements:

• Proficient Microsoft Office(Word,Excel)

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

- Attend to inquiries and review tender documents

- Source from various suppliers/ manufacturers to fulfil customer’s project requirement

- Support Outdoor Sales on preparation of quotations

- Follow up on quotation status and closing of orders

- Liaise with manufacturers on documentation submission such as drawings & certificates

- Work closely with manufacturers to meet customer’s delivery deadline

REQUIREMENTS:-

- Formal Electrical Engineering qualification (Diploma/ Certification)

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience

- Preferably with experience on Material Take Off in an M&E environment

- Electrical product knowledge

- Resourceful and results oriented

- Good command of spoken/written English
