Job Description

1. Provide overall support in operations, such as office/sales/inventories admin duties.

2. Handle inbound inquiries and feedback to customers via phone, walk in, emails and social media platform.

   Manage studio appointments, ensuring each customer feels welcomed and valued during their visit.
   
4. Operational Support to Delight Customers:Work closely with internal teams to ensure processes are customer-friendly and efficient.

   Identify potential customer pain points in operations and propose solutions to improve satisfaction.
   

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, E-commerce, or related fields.
