CoGri Asia Pacific, is the Industrial leader specializing in design, construction, upgrading of superflat high tolerance concrete floor for the Logistics and Industrial building in Asia Pacific region.

We are currently looking for suitable candidates to fill the position of Accounts Executive.

The incumbent will assist the Regional Accountant in the day to day operations of the Accounting department for ASEAN group of companies. The duties included but not limiting to the following;

Accounts Payable :

• Verify and match vendor invoices against PO
• Verify Employee expenses claim
• Process payments
• Prepare information for monthly reports

Accounts Receivables :

• Prepare invoices and ensure delivery of invoices to clients
• Review receivables from clients on a weekly basis
• Process receipts

Cash flow

• Prepare cash position statement on a weekly basis

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Business Administration / ACCA or equivalent qualification recognized by ISCA
• Min 3-4 years accounting experience
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English

The Job

- Identify & develop guided new job placement and business opportunities by telemarketing, social media marketing and other appropriate means

- Follow up with the client to understand the job and business requirements regarding hiring needs

- Negotiate with the client regarding recruitment terms and conditions

- Search & effectively provide the best candidate using different platforms based on the client's requirement

- Understand the experience of the candidate and manage their expectations

- Build & maintain excellent clients and candidates' relationships

- Ensure that the company's objectives and sales target set are achieved

Requirements:

- At least 'O'/Diploma in Business or in any other field

- Target oriented & sales driven attitude

- Comfortable with commission-based income

- Positive attitude, a strong sense of urgency, self motivated & enjoy challenges

- Keen interest in sales and customer service with a never-say-die attitude

- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

- Team player and able to work well with all level
