Human Resources:

• Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Coordinate foreign employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system.
• Tracking attendance and leave.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage employee benefits, such as medical insurance and leave entitlement.
• Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance appraisal and other HR projects.

Administrative Support:

• Perform general office administration tasks such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and filing documents.
• Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and assist with preparing meeting materials.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Support travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation.
• Assist in organizing company events, such as meetings, workshops, and celebrations.
• Ensure that office facilities are well-maintained, and that equipment is functioning.
• Provide administrative support to senior management when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR and/or office administration.
• Familiarity with HR practices and Singapore labor laws.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility.

1.Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2.Identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.

3.Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective customers.

4.Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

5.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support.

6.Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and project completion within schedule.

7.Prepare paperwork, such as quotations, sales orders/purchase orders, and reports.

8.Work with Procurement Team to obtain the best price and terms to close sales.

9.Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and issues, and take corrective actions as needed.

10.Must be able to declare Import & Export permits.

11.Must possess valid Singapore Customs Declaration certificate.

• Plan and oversee the auditing process
• Allocate responsibilities to junior and staff auditors
• Review team members’ work for accuracy and compliance
• Perform effective risk and control assessments
• Complete audits on time and submit reports to audit manager
• Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency
• Coordinate periodical audits

Requirements

• Proven experience as an auditor
• In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices, especially FRS or US GAAP
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
• Preferably with Big4 experience
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Integrity and reliability
• BSc/BA in Accounting or Finance or professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA) are pluses
