RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme Planning and Implementation

• Facilitate linkups between our organization and the community partners.
• Assist the Project Manager in facilitating data sharing, mapping of seniors' needs and joint monitoring of seniors.
• Assist the Project Manager for develop workflows, communication protocols for escalation and referrals of seniors.
• Implement programmes and activities run by COC.
• Coordination and supervision of services and activities for seniors.
• Conduct Community Screener Test for seniors profiling.

Programme Evaluation

• Generate and maintain the documentation of learnings and evaluation of the project.
• Maintaining records to facilitate submission to AIC quarterly.
• Generate and submit Project Progress Report to AIC.
• Generate and submit Project Claim Report.

Administrative Duties

• Assist the Project Manager in handling staff on-off boarding, staff well-being and process claims.
• Assist the Project Manager in revising the proposed budget annually.

• Minimum Diploma with a social service background or equivalent.

• Possess integrity, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have a positive attitude, good self-discipline and able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in speaking & writing good English. Proficient in speaking a 2nd language and dialects would be an added advantage.

The Account Executive assists the department in client servicing to ensure the smooth administration of the tickets inventory as well as optimize potential sales for the inventory owners.

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the business relationships with assigned clients
• Key liaison point for clients on event details and support
• Ensure that events details are accurately configured into the ticketing system and promptly disseminated to all sales channels
• Assist clients in their ticket inventory management and maximize ticket sales
• Resolve any ticketing issues that may occur.
• Work closely with the marketing and technical departments to support the clients’ requirements and needs in areas of marketing and ticketing system.
• Assist in data analysis, preparation of monthly sales and management reports.

Job Description

Account Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operation of the company. This includes maintenance of the GL, monthly and quarterly closing of accounts, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, stock management, company transactions and GST tax matters.

Responsibilities:

• Reconciling banks, payables and receivables, including inter-company transactions
• Handle monthly, quarterly and yearly closing of accounts including AR, AP, GL, Journal, P&L, Balance Sheet
• Prepare management/financial reports for superior
• Handle internal audit across outlets
• Ensure compliance with organisation’s regulations
• Perform any ad hoc assignment from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting
• Relevant working experience
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Well organised, independent, meticulous and able to multi task
• Familiar with Xero and good knowledge of e-commerce
• Singaporeans preferred

[What you will be working on]

• Develop and execute comprehensive communications and engagement plans for community funds, utilizing an omni-channel approach encompassing physical and digital spaces, to ensure sustained support for key assets.

[What we are looking for]

• Tertiary education in any discipline.
• Previous experience in advertising, marketing, communications, and/or design, including freelance, collaborative, or supervisory roles, is advantageous (portfolio to be provided).
• Outstanding copywriting skills in English and Malay as you will be working with materials in both languages
• Proficient in conveying ideas and thoughts through visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in using design software and communications tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in storyboarding, video production, and animation is highly regarded.
• Resourceful, energetic, proactive, results-oriented team player.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Successful candidate will be appointed on contract basis.
