We are looking for an Investor Relations Executive to act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential investors, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Prepare and distribute regular updates, reports, and newsletters to investors, ensuring transparency and keeping them informed about company performance, strategy, and market trends. Organize and manage investor meetings, webinars, roadshows, and other events to foster engagement and communication. Gather and analyze investor feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded. Maintain accurate records of investor communications, preferences, and histories in the CRM system. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics that could influence business growth and investment strategies. Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships and alliances that align with the company’s growth objectives. Evaluate and recommend new business opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and market expansions. Prepare and present business development proposals, pitch decks, and financial models to potential investors, partners, and stakeholders. Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to build relationships and promote the company’s brand and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
- Strong understanding of EV concepts, algorithms, and architectures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
