Job Summary:

In this role you will Supervise production processes, schedules and personnel. Responsible and accountable for adherence to procedures, proper production, quality, maintenance, safety and schedules on assigned shifts. Promote effective employee and company relations to help improve customer service and company profits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise shift personnel in the manufacture of plant products consistent with high quality and safety standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business related field

ROLE

1. The primary responsibility for the role is to initiate contact with potential and existing customers to generate and qualify sales leads, promote the company’s entire suite of services and “products / supply chain solutions“ and identify sales opportunities. • Collaborate with agencies, external vendors and internal stakeholders to develop and ensure the timely delivery of social media campaigns and optimise performance metrics.
• Identify new marketing channels, platforms and media that better achieve marketing and business objectives.
• Assist in ad hoc marketing tasks and activities.

Job Requirements

• Experience in marketing communications and related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing or corporate communications.
• B2B experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent command of the English language and storytelling skills.
• Independent self-starter with attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory to meet production demands and avoid shortages.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Adjust production schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Ensure product quality by working closely with the testing team.
• Schedule production staff according to workload requirements.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems for streamlined planning and scheduling.
• Supervise production staff for effective task completion as required.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experienced in material planning, inventory management, and proficient in ERP and MRP systems.
• Possess leadership and supervisory skills.
