We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Sales Enablement Executive to support the CEO at our Singapore office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

· Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence with SSH overseas offices and high rank executives from vessel owners and ship management companies.

· Handle travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itineraries for the CEO and other staff as needed.

· Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for client submission.

Pre-Sale Support:

· Assist in researching and identifying potential leads and new business opportunities.

· Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
