· Level 1 support (office/ warehouse), maintenance and resolution of hardware and software issues related to end-user desktops/laptops, servers, printers and other network issues within the organisation.
· Level 1 support for in-house application, escalate to outsource application support if unable to resolve
· Vendor escalation for desktops/laptop hardware purchases, repairs or software troubleshooting.
· Maintain and review IT documentation, covering infrastructure, inventory, service subscriptions and contracts.
· Perform and participate in capacity planning, redundancy planning and execution of Disaster Recovery Plan.
· Provide input for annual IT requirements planning and budgeting.
· Involve and conduct regular system audit for IT effectiveness, efficiency and security.
· Analyse & evaluate system & users’ requirements and make recommendations for IT upgrades.
· Proactively propose suggestions to improve IT systems and operations.
· Work with Outsource Application service providers to implement new enhancement, projects, updates or bug fixes to in-house applications.
· Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.
· Daily check on server backup status
Requirements
· Good knowledge – Operating System (Windows 10/11), Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Office 365 Suite
· Minimally a Diploma in Information Technology
· Know MS SQL, MS Office, Windows Server and hardware maintenance of computer.
· Good attitude and willing to learn and work as a team.
