Asian Thoracic Oncology Research Group (ATORG) is the coordinating platform for translational research for thoracic malignancies in Asia. Its mission is to advance medical knowledge of lung cancer and improve health outcomes of patients through clinical studies and scientific events.

Asia Pacific Oncology Drug Development Consortium (APODDC) was formed to foster education and collaboration between key stakeholders of cancer drug development within the Asia Pacific region, thereby improving treatment access to patients. APODDC drives regional activities in collaboration with institutions in the region and industry partners.

ATORG and APODDC operate centrally under the Clinical Trials and Epidemiological Sciences (CTE) division in National Cancer Centre Singapore.

The Senior / Executive will mainly organise events for ATORG and APODDC . The types of events include, but are not limited to, virtual, hybrid and in-person advisory board meetings, educational seminars and workshops. Main Responsibilities:

Organise events (60%)

• Responsible for managing events from startup to execution

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders for Customer Code Creation for new customers
• Responsible for customer master setup in SAP for new customers to enable billing
• Do monthly verification for master setups in SAP
• Generate draft billings in accordance to billing cycle
• Perform reconciliation between Order Management System and SAP for billing accuracy
• Perform ad-hoc billings when required
• Support the manager in processing of Credit Note
• Responsible for uploading invoices into respective billing portals
• Support in billing dispute verification
• Pull reports from various systems for some basic report preparation.
• Perform SAP GI GR transaction, training will be provided.
• Other operational duties as assigned by reporting officer

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics with minimum 3 years of working experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
• Independent and team player with good problem-solving
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous
• Knowledge in SAP, ERP and/or WMS will be advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Arranging import/export shipments for customers
• Liaise with air/sea freight co-loaders, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure timely delivery of customer's shipments to various destinations
• Process import/export shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Permits)
• Other shipping documentation-related responsibilities
• To generate reports as and when required
• Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow-up

Job Requirement:

• Possess minimum GCE N Level with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Supply Chain Management experience will be an advantage
