Responsibilities:

• Responsible for hitting ambitious revenue targets
• Work closely with other team members to execute plans for growing the business

Requirements:

a. Operate machinery to ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing of noodles.

b. Perform quality control of noodles by checking and removing any unsatisfactory/ defect products.

c. Perform housekeeping and cleaning work of food equipment, machinery and work space.

d. Follow company instructions and SOP to support production.

• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis

• Manage regular updates to various regulatory authorities e.g. the MAS

Requirements:

• CA or ACCA qualified through a Big 4 public accounting firm

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within Private Wealth, a Family Office, Fund Administration etc.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate meaningful relationships with partners by understanding their individual goals and helping to find mutually beneficial solutions.
• Recruit new partners, shaping a robust channel ecosystem that enables Transformists to enter new sectors and pursue new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 1 of experience in partner management
• Highly analytical, able to extract meaning from data and refine strategies accordingly.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to forecast sales, refine marketing and sales strategies, and presenting business plans to leadership.
• Emotional intelligence (EQ), required for productively communicating with different personalities to build and uphold partner relationships.
• Natural curiosity about new marketing and growth strategies (and supporting technologies).
