Position Overview
The Operations cum Marketing Manager at K2 (West) Cleaning Pte Ltd plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our central dishwashing services while spearheading marketing initiatives to drive business growth. This dual-function role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, operational expertise, and a flair for client engagement and marketing. The ideal candidate will balance hands-on operational oversight with innovative marketing strategies to uphold service excellence and expand our client base in the F&B sector.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily central dishwashing operations, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
· Monitor equipment performance, coordinate maintenance schedules, and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
· Develop and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
· Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
· Identify market trends, analyze competitor activities, and promote services to targeted sectors.
· Collaborate with the design team to create promotional materials and manage digital marketing campaigns.
· Build strong relationships with coffee shops, hawker stalls, and restaurant operators.
· Address client concerns promptly and provide tailored service solutions.
· Gather client feedback to drive service enhancements.
· Prepare operational and marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational and sales performance.
· Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and challenges.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in cleaning or F&B services.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
