DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning:

• Responsible for preparing picking slips for production (Allocating materials & machines, printing & passing of picking slips to production
• Responsible for manpower arrangement and efficiency of warehouse operations to meet work order deadline

Inventory:

• Liaise with Export team to ensure smooth delivery/collection of export orders
• Liaise with Import team to ensure smooth stock in of import orders
• Ensure the materials in the warehouse are well maintained and properly stocked.

The incumbent will act as one of the faculty liaisons at Science Dean’s Office for the Master’s programmes at the NUS Faculty of Science in response to the suite of Programmes’ rapid expansion.
