Fundraising

• Develop and implement annual and multi-year fundraising plans, with customised strategies to cultivate, solicit and steward new and existing donors;

Candidate Profile - Qualifications and Critical Competencies

• Singapore Citizen with university degree and minimum 12 years’ total professional experience, including at least 5 years leading and managing teams and at least 8 years of relevant experience in fundraising/business development/community engagement, preferably in the Singapore context.
• Strong track record with partners, foundations and individual donors in the non-profit sector, or successful business development or revenue generation experience in the commercial sector.

1. Job Purpose

The Director/Deputy Director of Digital Services is responsible to drive NHG’s digital transformation efforts and associated change management for population health plans, relationship based care and integrated care with primary and community care providers and partners. He/She will support the leadership in business transformation efforts through the implementation of digital strategy and digital products in alignment with the overall business needs and plans.
