• Manage Regulatory and Obsolescence backlogs of 9 ASA markets, including prioritize investment fund allocation, manage program financials, track progress of each initiative, ensure treatment plans are in place for delayed deliveries, escalate risk issues to the Refinement Forum and WRB QPR and ensure closure of issues.

• Responsible for accurate and timely circulation of RF decks and minutes.
• Ensure qualitative reporting - consolidated and delivered to the RF and QPR
• Ensure initiatives follow the process on Clarity & JIRA (ADO & Planview), submit high quality artefacts etc. Consistently report RAGs, timelines, and milestones to the RF and QPR

SLR’s rapidly growing APAC Social Performance team are looking to recruit a Technical Director – Social Performance in Singapore with a strong background in delivering Social Impact Assessments, designing and implementing community and stakeholder engagement programs and business development in the Social Performance market across APAC.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the APAC Technical Discipline Manager for Social Performance, you will work in partnership with a good mix of our 23 Disciplines, collaborating with many of our 800 + employees in APAC; this opportunity will see you:

• Support the Social Performance team across APAC.
• Provide specialist advice to clients on social impact assessment including SIA management plans. The SIAs should have full consideration of social and communities’ needs, priorities and perceptions, and meet all relevant Australian or international requirements.

• Liaise with local authorities and contractors as well as other leading consultants from other disciplines.

Experience

In addition to being an outgoing and dynamic team player, our ideal candidate will have:

• 15+ years of experience in Social Performance/Social Impact roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental science, social sciences, or a related field.
• Thorough knowledge of Social Impact Assessment and ability to adhere to national and international standards.
• Experience in development of organisation and project sustainability strategies to achieve outcomes for our clients.
• Interest in ESG frameworks, circular economy, climate change adaptation and resilience.
• Proven ability to do strategic business development and a well-established client network.
• Positive, can-do attitude, and an ability to work with multiple teams across a large international business.
• Experience in the consulting industry.
