We are looking for an individual to join us as a Seller/Fintech SME in Visa Consulting and Analytics, Hub Practices team based in Singapore. The Visa Consulting Airline Director will be a subject matter expert across this critical industry sector. They will be key in ensuring that our engagements are of an exceptional quality and deliver value to all parties.

This individual will be responsible for leading significant components of client consulting engagements, within the Airline/Travel. Job Scope

Under the general guidance of the Director of Finance, you oversee and direct all aspects of the finance function, including the accounting operation, financial reporting, managing relationships with lenders and compliance with tax and other governmental authorities.

Overview

The Head of Professional Services, Acceptance Solutions for AP is responsible for positioning Professional Services as a value proposition driver to enable Visa clients to innovate and transform their businesses by leveraging a host of solutions, services, and offerings available for use within the Acceptance Solutions ecosystem. This critical leadership role is vital in assisting Visa clients to meet their business objectives through a range of services (e.g., consulting, migration, management, integration, custom development, etc.) to simplify how clients integrate with our Acceptance Platform and accelerate the consumption of our services.

The leader will build strong relationships with our partners in Sales, Solutioning, Product Management, Technology and Client Services to develop the right Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for clients, co-create the right set of solutions that enable our clients to differentiate themselves, and ensure deals are structured for both our clients’ and Visa’s successes within the Asia Pacific regions. The leader should have prior experience and proven success developing business with critical financial institutions, processors, ISVs, PSPs, PayFacs, and merchants, growing the revenue within a region, and leveraging a dynamic operating model to advocate for the adoption of the host of solutions provided by the Professional Services team.

Team Summary

Client Handling

• Lead clients in the development of strategic plans and objectives

New Business

• Identify new business leads and bring in new business for the agency

Stakeholder engagement (media, influencers, employees, industry, government)

• Lead our approach to stakeholder engagement across all audiences
• Employ strategies that integrate PESO media channels

• Provide guidance to teams on how to create appropriate communications materials
• Ensure all elements (angles, contacts, output) are clear between client and team

Digital, Design, Production 

• Have sound and current knowledge of digital platforms
• Identify opportunities to grow our business through digital, design and tech-led solutions
• Manage and oversee the production process (from ideation through scripting and storyboarding, filming and editing)

Financial and Administrative

• Support contract development, new client set-up and managing related client expenses
• Spearhead budgeting process and ensure the team is clear on what has been signed off
• Manage team hours vs agreed hours and scope and work
• Support Finance to manage efficiency for the billing proces

This growth-oriented position will have the primary responsibility of providing the full range of fund administration services to real estate clients. This individual will be responsible for understanding and applying current accounting principles to the accounting and financial reporting of funds and for reviewing transaction and valuation information.  A partial list of responsibilities and skills includes:

• Oversee a team providing a full range of fund accounting/administration services to real estate funds clients and help to manage the day-to-day operations.
• Preparation and Review of Net Asset Value calculation and reportings. 
• Coordinate investor servicing activities. Including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and other investor reportings.
• Maintain a working understanding of fund documentation(s) and apply the terms to the financial reporting and the income and expense allocations
• Maintain a working knowledge of current accounting principles and developing solutions for issues
• Preparation and review of financial statements and footnotes for audit purpose
• Liase with banks, auditors, brokers and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery to clients and timely completion of deliverables
• Involved in new funds on-boarding process
• Primary contact to client on daily operational, issue discussion and any other request
• Resolve issues/queries raised clients in a timely manner and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
• Identify and highlight opportunities for internal process improvement and increase in operational efficiency
• Ensure teams adhere to controls and processes/procedures for the purpose of NAV computation
• Ensure that all client deliverables are on time and meet set quality standards

The Director of Membership and Affiliates plays a crucial leadership role, directly reporting to the Chief Officer of Membership. This individual is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the educational membership functions, developing and maintaining the affiliate programs, and ensuring operational excellence and growth. The role demands a strategic mindset focused on membership engagement, process efficiency, and affiliate relationship management. 

How you will Contribute:

1. Membership: 

• Lead operational and budget planning to ensure the membership department aligns with the organization's strategic goals. 
• Manage and oversee membership projects within area of responsibility from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. 
• Generate comprehensive reports to track membership growth, engagement levels, and other key metrics. 
• Develop and refine membership systems and processes to improve efficiency and member satisfaction. 
• Craft and implement engagement plans to increase member participation and retention.

• Develop and maintain robust systems and processes for managing affiliate relationships. 
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between the organization, its affiliates, and AACSB staff to strengthen partnerships and collaborations. 

• Fluency in the English language 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in membership management and/or affiliate relations, with a proven track record of success. 
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance. 
• Excellent project management, strategic planning, and organizational skills. 
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with a diverse range of individuals and groups. 
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and budget management. 
• Experience with membership software and CRM systems. 
• Ability to travel internationally 10-15%.  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Summary

This position is responsible for the management of revenue maximization in Rooms and create Revenue Management processes in the Hotel.

Job Responsibilities

• Measure & drive total profitable revenue performance, including rooms and F&B, against strategy & targets and adapts current strategy as necessary for the hotel.
• Facilitate, guides, and directs all department heads in selecting the optimum revenue opportunities for the properties to ensure our strategic objectives are achieved.
• Actively monitor the competitive environment and elaborates revenue & pricing optimizing tactics and strategies in order to maximize Revenue Generation Index (RGI).
• Consultation and coordination with stakeholders at properties, regional and corporate levels, identifying and pulling together the deliverables.
• Develop short, medium and long-term objectives, strategies and action plans, which may be cascaded through the business.
• Co-Lead hotels’ annual topline budget & business planning.
• Develop an overall Dynamic Pricing & Revenue Strategy by market segment, channel or/and feeding market.
• Develop the process to forecast the topline revenue of all revenue centers of the business and implement the inventory controls accordingly, maintaining parity guarantee.
• Support and Impact the Revenue & Reservations Teams at the hotel.
• Coordinate Recruitment, Talent Management & Learning and Development to ensure alignment of overall quality and service.
