Job Purpose

The Assistant Station Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the train station, which includes preparing the station for rail service, conducting security patrols at station premises and on train platforms, providing customer service, and performing duties in the Passenger Service Centre. He/She monitors commuter flow and manages crowds during peak hours and/or during service degradation. He/She carries out first-line recovery of station equipment and systems, performs the duty of an emergency train operator when required, and supports the implementation of procedures for rail incidents and/or emergencies. Customer Service

Opening and Closing of Station

• Opens and closes the station according to the timetable. Switches the station equipment on / off before / after traffic hours
• Checks the station area for any passengers before closing of station
• Facilitate track access during non-revenue hours, and checks for oil spills on the station platform tracks after the last Engineering Train had passed the station

Handles all train/station incidents and emergencies

• Manages and reports all incidents and emergency situations relating to:
• Staff and passenger (e.g. accident, assault, molest, etc.)
• Trains (e.g. alarms, faults and manning of trains)
• Passenger Service Centre (take local control of MFT functions due to failure of signalling equipment, responding to alarms/defects)
• Stations (e.g. crowd control, fire, bomb hoax, flooding, etc.)
• Checks and ensures that appropriate signs are put up during any rail incidents or delays to keep passengers updated of progress
• Assist in service recovery during train service disruption

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF INTERNAL AUDIT (3 YEARS CONTRACT)

Are you passionate of being part of the dynamic Internal Audit team in an established mega organisaton, which strives to enhance and protect organisational value by providing risk-based and objective assurance, advice, and insight. You will seek to be the subject matter expert in Internal Audit, supporting Management and collaborating with Businesses in the discharge of their Corporate Governance responsibility and improving internal controls of the Agency.

Requirements :

As a key member of Internal Audit team, your objective is to collaborate with the business units to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance, risk management and control processes. Reporting into the Deputy Director, Internal Audit, you will be responsible in partnering with all Business and Risk Owners to thoughtfully manage those risks and propose practical and constructive internal controls in the Corporate Governance structure. Scope of work will include but not limited to:

• Assisting in the development and review of the annual risk-based audit plan.
• Planning and performing end-to-end Financial, Compliance and Operational Audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems.
• Providing practical and value-added recommendations based on best practices to improve the governance, risk management and control processes.
• Preparing/reviewing audit reports for submission and presentation to the management and the ARMC.
• Managing and guiding the audit team members in the conduct of audit projects.
• Monitor and manage outsourced internal audit service providers in delivering the audit plan and providing recommendations to management.
• Providing secretariat support to the ARMC.
• Performing investigation or any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
• Conducting consulting/advisory projects as directed by Director, Internal Audit.
• Building in-depth understanding of HPB’s emerging business needs and transformation areas, and participate in developing strategic audit approaches in tandem.
• Conducting planned and ad-hoc audits, or special investigations as directed by Director, Internal Audit.
• Monitoring of closures of audit issues by management and support the Director to appraise ARMC.
• Assisting in liaison between management, AGO and other audit bodies and in management of whistle blowing channel.

• Confidence in decision-making in highly matrixed, complex & ambiguous situations.
• Analytical thinker with strong quantitative skills and demonstrated experience in developing actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Audit Committee secretariat duties and knowledge of data analytics tools will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in or knowledge of public sector entities will be an added advantage.

In addition, having relevant qualifications or experience in Accountancy, Business, Engineering or Science or possessing a professional qualification or relevant certification such as the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) would also be a plus.

Job scope: T&I director shall be responsible to develop the buniess in APAC region, with focusing on China market. He (She) will be expected to initiate and set up a capable T&I team in China.

Job Requirements: The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Transportation & Installation (T&I) business, with a miniumu 5 years T&I package manager role in offshore wind project. Strong relationships with heavy transport vessel owners, oil majors, EPCI contractors, and logistics agents are essential. Experience in China and flexibility to travel would be considered an advantage.

Associate Director, Quality Control, Site Microbiology SME

The position of Associate Director in Quality Operation will play a key role in supporting sitewide on the microbiology expertise, not limited to, Quality Microbiology Laboratory, Manufacturing and Utilities. The role will ensure and maintain high standards of quality and compliance within our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for all or subset of the key responsibilities below:

• Ensure inspection readiness of the area with respect to all self-inspections, internal and external audits. When required, provide responses and timely follow-up on relevant corrective actions and commitments made because of the inspections.
• Strategize and lead key Microbiology initiatives such as implementation of contamination reduction, sample optimization, etc.
• Manage escalations and senior stakeholders for the microbiology matters, including financial targets and related efficiency and productivity KPIs.
• Drive collaboration and transformational culture change.
• Ensure consistent execution of related safety programs to maintain a safe working environment.
• Technical support for microbiology deviations, including escalation and above site contact and review.
• Provide guidance, review, and approve as business owner for Quality topics relating to microbiology, environmental monitoring risk-based design Quality Risk Analyses and Contamination control strategy & plan.
• Technical reviewer for new qualifications, new methodologies, or facilities with major changes.
• Technical oversight of New Product Introduction, Technology Transfer, Method Development/Qualification.
• Provide advice and guidance in a consultancy capacity to stakeholders for sitewide microbiological issues.
• Point of contact with above site on microbiology matters.
• Support/lead MPS and continuous improvement initiatives regarding to microbiology.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/ Life Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Engineering or proven relevant experience.
• Minimum 10 years of applied professional work experience in microbiology in pharmaceutical or sterile manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience in change and project management with ability to communicate across sites.
• Experience and expert knowledge of regulatory standards, compliance procedures and quality systems especially for Singapore, EU or US markets.
