We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Area Manager to oversee multiple retail locations within a designated geographic area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability across all stores in the area

- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement

- Setting goals and targets for individual store managers and providing coaching and support to help them achieve their objectives

- Conducting regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as high standards of customer service

- Recruiting, training, and developing store managers and staff to create a high-performing team

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, merchandising, and finance, to drive business initiatives and promotions

- Managing budgets and expenses for the area, ensuring cost-effective operations and maximizing profitability

- Handling escalated customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and profitability

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software

- Willingness to travel within the assigned area and work flexible hours as needed
