A long standing listed US MNC in the electronic manufacturing industry with focus on clean technology is currently seeking for a HR manager to be based in Singapore.

As a HR Manager, the incumbent will be working as an independent contributor reporting to HR Manager located in US, and is responsible for regional HR scope, such as overseeing full spectrum of the HR functions in APAC region with a focus in China and Taiwan.

Key responsibilities includes providing advice regarding industry best practices revolving HR matters and labour laws, involved in full employee life cycle phase from recruiting and onboarding to offboarding, which includes Training and Development, Performance Management, Benefits and Compensation, HR data analytics, and Succession Planning.

Incumbent will also be expected to participate in developing and implementing international policies and precedures, and supporting compliance audit.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 5 years working experience as a Human Resources Manager, previous regional experience is a plus
• Experience with setting up HR infrastructure and program is good to have
• Strong knowledge of the HR laws & regulations, compliance, labour law in APAC region

Client facing project manager with 8+ years of experience in platform change and transitions. Candidate having experience in Wealth products, funds in particular will stand out. 

• 5+ relevant experience in change management or migration projects (Client facing)
• Manage the end to end on-boarding of Clients in accordance with the banking Project Governance, Methods, competencies and change management frameworks
• Project definition and business case development (scope, objectives, dependencies, Costs, assumptions, acceptance criteria, issues and risks) and approvals
• Provide a single ‘change’ point of contact and coordination point for key clients and internal stakeholders to achieve project outcomes

Job Requirements

1. A network of client referral channels.
2. Ability to successfully convert and generate AUM into revenue.
3. Good financial market/product knowledge.
4. Keep abreast of market developments and opportunities and work closely with Investment Advisors to co-manage the portfolio of clients.
5. Deliver excellent service to clients and deepen relationship by value adding to clients’ wealth management needs with timely portfolio rebalancing and portfolio performance updates.
6. CACS certification is preferred.
