Key Responsibilities

Project Management

- Responsible and track the quality, scope, timeline, effort (co-related to estimation, CR’s, complexity), resources (includes GTO, business, contractor, Professional Services resources as well as operations),

- Develop and execute the overall project plan and analyse project proposals which impacts the schedule and budget variance which in turn contribute to meeting the overall objectives of the project.

- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks.

Stakeholder Management

- Work hand in hand with Business Project Managers to manage project stakeholders and relationships e.g. escalation, expectation, conflict, scope changes, etc. Ensure teams work in a collaborative environment

Scope Management

- Manage all changes to the agreed scope of work Review and assess all changes and impact to timeline and ensure all changes are approved by PSC

Project Governance

- Prepare investment approval deck and manage approval of project by Investment board. Organize and facilitate PSC meetings, chair PWC meetings.

Risk and Issue Management

- Manage overall project risk, track risk aging, work through escalations, change governance and related issues. Implement the risk mitigation plans.

Process Adherence

- Partner with relevant stakeholders in ensuring that the system development methodology is followed and the relevant artefacts are delivered on time with quality, in adherence to the development methodology/approach

Project Reporting

- Measure, monitor and report progress to stakeholders at various levels of organization across the enterprise with the right quality, consistency in content. Implement project communication plan and review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required

Project Scope

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, ensuring they align with PDPA regulations

Key Requirements:

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

· At least 10 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

· Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum

· Experience in banking, PDPA Singapore, Personally Identifiable Information Protection, and regulatory projects is mandatory

· Strong and proven Stakeholder Management skills, problem solving skills and can-do attitude

· Ability to quickly pick up and undertake necessary steps to fulfil internal procedures/processes in accordance with compliance and governance framework

• Develop construction project schedule
• Deliver project on time, to budget and to other agreed success criteria within corporate guidelines including the client requirements.

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Group Project Manager to join our Operations – External Manufacturing team on a full time basis.

Who you are

An Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager Assistant, works alongside the Project Manager to plan and execute projects for a company. Their duties include identifying clients’ or stakeholders’ project needs and goals, creating a detailed plan to successfully complete a project and organizing and storing project reports and documents.

The Role

On a normal day, the Assistant Project Manager may work alone or with a team. The successful candidate will undertake the following duties and more as instructed by the Project Manager:

• Ensure department’s team project work activities are well coordinated.

This job is part of the Construction Management function. They are responsible for ensuring all deliverables of construction projects are completed on time.

A Project Marketing Manager is responsible for Marketing B2B projects from conception to completion and ensuring the projects meet the B2B Project objectives and stays within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, Executing and Marketing B2B projects: Setting project goals, objectives and clear deliverables for all parties.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams: Working closely with various marketing partners and sales teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Managing project budgets and timelines: Ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
• Tracking project performance: Using appropriate metrics, tools, and techniques to monitor progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree: In business, management, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience in a B2B environment with clear evidence of successful project marketing execution.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills. Strong Communicator and Analytical.
• Understanding and application of Trade marketing initiatives: Track record of successful planning and implementation of Trade marketing from ATL, BTL and Digital Space.

Requirements

Education / Experience:

• Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale IT and engineering integration projects and cross-functional delivery teams
• Knowledge of security requirements and implications relating to government security standards would be advantageous
• Professional certification (e.g. PMP, CITPM, CISSP or equivalent Certification etc.) is preferred

Skill sets:

• Experience in turn-key development, implementation and maintenance of large-scale, multiplatform, multi-vendor systems in the IT and engineering domain. Large-scale program management of multi-service line teams, including strong project management and communications skills, service delivery, client relations, planning, scheduling, budgeting, financial management, resource management, quality assurance and situational negotiations
