Trust Relationship Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of trusts and/or companies structures.

• Responsible for daily administration of trust and/or companies, including preparing letter of requests, preparing trust review packs for clients meeting, reviewing of letter of wishes, account opening, insurance transfer/purchases, property transfer/purchases etc, revocation, termination.

OVERVIEW

The Assistant/Manager, Market Access, plays a critical role in shaping the committee’s agenda to advance market access strategies across the Asia-Pacific region. The position focuses on driving committee initiatives, coordinating key stakeholders, and navigating complex healthcare and access landscapes to ensure optimal market access for member companies. The role requires a strategic mindset, deep understanding of healthcare systems, and the ability to execute projects in collaboration with industry leaders, KoL’s, policymakers, and partners.

As Manager/Assistant Manager - Digital Health, you will be part of the APACMed’s Digital Health Committee Team and work directly with the Director – Digital Health to advance digital health in the Asia Pacific through knowledge creation, advocacy and policy shaping. You will be responsible for assisting in committee related activities, including, ideating, coordinating and execution of projects, from concept stage to completion. This includes generating project documentation, creating and tracking tasks, managing priorities and requests, managing risks and impact, providing project support and maintaining a master schedule of all projects and activities. What are we looking for?

Key Responsibilities:

Legal

· Manage all legal matters for the Group’s business, including M&As, JVs and other investments

· Manage broad range of general corporate legal matters, such as drafting, reviewing, advising on and negotiating corporate and commercial transaction agreements

· Provide advice to mitigate legal risk and manage litigation matters and proceedings

· Manage trademarks registration

Requirements:
