Responsibilities

· Support the Group tax team on Singapore tax compliance process, including preparation/review of Singapore corporate income tax returns, tax provisions, withholding tax returns and draft response to tax queries;

· Assist with preparation/review of transfer pricing documentations for the Group to ensure compliance with the relevant transfer pricing regulations;

· Support on other ad-hoc assignments / projects related to Group tax functions.

Qualifications

· Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related tax discipline;

   Work with cross-functional teams to migrate and optimize applications and services in the cloud.
   
5. Office 365 and Interset Access:Manage and optimize Office 365 services, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity.
   Oversee Interset access and other security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance.
   
6. Project Management:Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from conception to completion, including those related to cloud migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
   Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
   
7. Vendor Management:Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, particularly those related to cloud services and security solutions.
   Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
   Stay informed about market trends and recommend changes to vendor partnerships as needed.

A) Working with Teams:

• Work out quotation and itinerary for teams volunteering to go to Cambodia to build houses, wells, toilets and other activities such as interaction with children at our children home.
• Lead teams to Cambodia and ensure the staff have organized the program properly such as material are purchased, beneficiaries selected, accommodation and meals properly catered for.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure the above are carried out before the team arrives.
• When in Cambodia, ensure that volunteers are assigned tasks to do and all tools, equipment and materials are available.
• Work out the budget to be transferred to Cambodia before team arrives.
• Ensure staff follows SOPs in executing the projects.
• Promote and market these volunteer opportunities/programs to schools, tertiary institutions, companies, and churches.

B.) Working on Projects

• Assist in starting new income generating projects.
• Handle startup projects and solves obstacles
• Do research and acquire skills and knowledge to execute the project.
• Work with staff/locals, to guide and supervise them.
• Areas of work: - build houses, wells, toilets etc.

Requirements:

• Willing to travel to Cambodia or Nepal and stay up to 4 weeks if needed per trip (may need to travel once a month or more)

Sales and Marketing Manager's roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:

PRIMARY ROLES & RESPOSIBILITIES

Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Turkish and able to speak one of: Arabic or Chinese or Malayi
• Must be familiar with Turkish, Middle East & Mediterranean Cuisine
• Hands-on individual with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in an Authentic and traditional Turkish or Middle Eastern restaurant or
• Have knowledge and skills in Authentic Turkish and Mediterranean and traditional Turkish appetizers (Hummus, Babaganoush, Cacik, Ezme, Sigara Borek, etc) and dishes such as Adana Kababs, Shish Kebab, Beyti, Ali Nazik, Lamacun, Karni Yarik, Iskender, Manti, Musakka, Patlican Kebab and desserts like Kunefe, baklava, Sutlac to name a few.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of spices and herbs used in Authentic Turkish cooking.
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Food hygiene certification is compulsory

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or Masters in any engineering / project management related discipline
