• Performing risk reviews on credit proposal (loan etc) from front offices
• Making recommendation on proposed transactions to the management of the department for their approval
• Discussing with front offices for better structure, terms and conditions to make the transaction bankable
• Assigning credit rating to customers
• Performing periodical credit reviews and monitoring of customers and transactions
• Gathering information on the customers, industries and countries for credit reviews and market monitoring
• Giving guidance to front offices on transactions and customers from credit risk view points

Job Requirements

- A Bachelor’s Degree
- At least five years of business promotion or credit analysis for handling project finance.
- Basic accounting knowledge, financial analysis skills and banking products knowledge
- Business-level proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and business writing skills

Oversees staff, including bartenders and barbacks, and, in some cases, bouncers, wait staff, and/or kitchen staff as well. Hires, trains, promotes, and, when necessary, disciplines or fires staff. Responsibilities

• Involves in all aspects relating to the Design and Construction Management of all types of Civil and Structural System.
• In-charge of the design of Super Structures.
• To Provide logistical support (site utilisation) when needed, as requested by sub-contractors.
• To be the liaison for the coordination of different trades within the same discipline.
• Responsible for all on-site engineering issues pertaining to site matters.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and attend to clients queries to ensure timely work arrangements.
• Involve in day-to-day management of site supervision of construction activity to ensure site works are carried out as per schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Building Construction or any equivalent qualification.
• More than 5years of site experience on viaduct superstructure works for precast structures
• Experience / Knowledge in BCM & SBS method superstructure works/ precast RC works/ MRT/ LTA is an advantage.
• Good team player and able to work independently
• BCSS Certificate
• Familiar with the Local authorities’ requirements for civil and structural submissions
