• Day to day supervision of the technicians / service providers.

Insurance

• Assist to file and follow upon insurance claim for common area related incidents.

Contractor / Procurement Management

• Assist to source, invite and conduct fair tendering/purchasing process.
• Ensure all contractual terms are met with specific requirements.
• Term contract management and to prompt for renewal and new quotes with compliance to company’s SOP.

Financial Management

• Manage maintenance costs within budget
• Forecast impending costs and highlight to Condominium Manager and Management Council

Direct and supervise production departments, receiving / warehouse / shipping and provide backup for Quality Director. Must process mechanical aptitude, demonstrated leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to support company goals and provide superior customer service by performing the following duties.

Essential Responsibilities:

- To lead a team of assistant manager, engineer in establishing production processes, workflow, workplace safety / health and optimizing factory resources to meet customers delivery requirements according to planned schedules and agreed quality specifications.

- Lead the team in the productivity improvement.

- Confer with senior management personnel to establish production and performance standards, develop budget and cost controls, and obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications and deliveries of supplied products and projects in order to plan and effectively manage department operations.

- Coordinate or arrange all facility repairs of both the buildings and manufacturing and shipping equipment.

Job Requirements :

PURPOSE

Job Description:

• To support new investment, new trading business or divestment projects of Headquarter in Japan or Sumitomo group, from international and domestic tax point of view, as well as accounting (IFRS) matters. Providing support of PMI(Post merger Integration) for newly acquired company including Tax/ Accounting and Business operation.
• Maintain relationship with external parties (Auditors, Tax consultant and relevant authorities) and solve the disputes between Group co. and them.
• To manage tax matters including providing tax advice, dealing with tax audit and litigation, transfer pricing, Global Minimum Tax within Asia and Oceania region where around 100 group companies are involved. Frequent physical visit to group companies is required.
• To be an organizer of regional accounting and tax group activities within Asia and Oceania region, in coperation with Headquarter in Japan.
• To build, train and develop a diverse group of local accounting and tax members in the region to better understand not only local rule and regulation but also our group accounting and tax policy, through communication in Japanese and English.
• To manage the tax compliance (tax provision, tax return filing, etc.) of the Singapore entity and to support the one of our group regional offices located in SEA.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's degree from a recognized University.
• To facilitate the regional accounting activities, good communication and leadership experience as a manager with more than 10 staffs over 3 years
• Comprehensive and deep understanding of accounting standards (IFRS etc.), not only for basic knowledge and practical manner but also for comprehensive practice-based knowledge in specific area of accounting e.g. infrastructure (e.g. IFRIC12) , mining operation, leases, financial instruments, business combination and foreign currency exchange (including hedge) etc
• Comprehensive and deep understanding of the taxation in Japan, including the detail knowledge and experience of CFC rule, corporate reorganization, group taxation, taxation relating to outbound investment, and the dealing with tax audit.
• Comprehensive and deep understanding of the international taxation, including transfer pricing, tax treaties, PE, Global Minimum Tax and local taxation in Asia and Oceania countries.
• Experience in concluding APA(Advance Pricing Agreement) between Japan and other asian country is strongly desirable.
• High proficiency in Japanese and English (both writing, reading, listening and speaking) to effectively communicate with counterparts in Headquarter in Japan, and in group companies in the region. Deep understanding of the Japanese Trading House business model, such as trading (export and import) of goods and services and investment in diversified business areas.
• Experience for participate PMI activities for Tax, Accounting and Business Operation is required. Also using SAP and DIVA accounting system is desirable.
• More than 15 years experience in tax and accounting area, and more than 3 years managerial experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Overall In charge of the company diving operations.

· Liaise / co-ordinate with client representatives.

· Should be familiar with IMCA / OGP compliance audits and procedures.

· Brief all divers and supervisors on the operational & contingency plans and procedures to be followed at the diving site and ensure the diving operation is carried out in accordance with the diving project plan (DPP).

· Ensure proper documentation control – service reports, apply MPA Permits, and contractor permits.

· Maintain safety of dive team and ensure that the diving operation is carried out from dive site equipped to deal with emergencies as per Emergency response plan.

· Oversee diving operations to ensure that their execution complies with the legal requirements of OGP, SS511 & IMCA (International Marine Contractors Association) and diving systems management of the company and verify with Diving Manager.

· Ensure that the diving equipment is adequate and in good operating condition and liaise with workshop team.

· Ensure that relevant hazard identification and risk assessment has been carried out for the diving operation.

· Plan the mobilization of diving equipment & personnel by conferring with relevant parties.

· Analyze records & reports to validate their compliance with Company & IMCA/SS511 standards.

· Ensure all project documentation, dive records and associated documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.

· Ensure that work carried out according to the schedule.

· Review training requirements for the diving team.

· Participate in company audits, both internal and external.

· Ensure all divers and supervisors are punctual at work.

· Monitoring of Overtime, allowances and claims by diving department.
