Job Description:

• Plan and control the delivery of project design to ensure the achievement of quality, completion and project objectives.
• Select and engage, then monitor the performance of external design partners within the discipline including their deliverables, cost and timeframes.
• Manage the design approval process in accordance with project requirements and program
• Prepare budgets and schedules of design delivery for management approval then manage and report the cost of design delivery in the project life cycle.

Job Requirement:

• Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of engineering experience in the construction industry with 8 years of experience in the design of civil and structures of building related projects
• Experience in LTA and SMRT project will be advantage.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills

As a member of Global Markets Technology team, the Technical Delivery Manager will be responsible for the solutioning and support to the Global Markets Front Office trading.

The right candidate will possess deep markets product expertise, bank experience and Murex SME knowledge.

Job Requirements

· At least Eight (8) years of engineering experience in BIM-based construction, design, drafting, coordination, drawing production, and submission to the local authority.

· Certification in BIM Management from BCA is preferred.
