The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating and overseeing the design, planning, procurement, construction, and completion of the project while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and quality expectations. The Project Manager is accountable for the overall success of the project, including scope, budget, timeline, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling:

- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.

· Ensures that projects are clearly defined with measurable objectives/outcomes and are properly governed throughout the project lifecycle so that intended objectives are achieved.

· Develops and tracks performance metrics; schedule risk and financial performance of assigned portfolio of projects.

· Plans and manage the ongoing changes to project portfolio demand and capacity constraints so that needs are properly forecasted and opportunities for optimization are identified and incorporated.
