Responsibilities:
1. Project Governance & Optimization
• Establish a framework to monitor and ensure compliance with project management processes.
• Set up review boards for project evaluations, decisions, and risk management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive efficiency across workflows.
• Track and mitigate project risks using risk registers.
• Define KPIs to measure project management effectiveness and continuously improve processes.
2. Process Documentation & Training
• Create detailed project management process guides, checklists, and training materials.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate teams on the project management methodology.
3. Quality Assurance
• Set quality standards for project deliverables and ensure adherence through regular audits.
• Support in resolving audit findings related to project and demand management.
4. Demand & Portfolio Management
• Organize and run Portfolio Board meetings, including demand review and clarification.
• Document meeting outcomes and action items, and update demand based on decisions.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with internal teams (Architecture, IT, Service Delivery, etc.) to ensure alignment across projects and meet stakeholder expectations.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- PMP and ITIL certifications required.
- Strong understanding of digital infrastructure, business drivers, and emerging trends.
- Excellent analytical, collaboration, communication,negotiation, and presentation skills.
