Asian Thoracic Oncology Research Group (ATORG) is the coordinating platform for translational research for thoracic malignancies in Asia. Its mission is to advance medical knowledge of lung cancer and improve health outcomes of patients through clinical studies and scientific events.

Asia Pacific Oncology Drug Development Consortium (APODDC) was formed to foster education and collaboration between key stakeholders of cancer drug development within the Asia Pacific region, thereby improving treatment access to patients. APODDC drives regional activities in collaboration with institutions in the region and industry partners.

ATORG and APODDC operate centrally under the Clinical Trials and Epidemiological Sciences (CTE) division in National Cancer Centre Singapore.

The Senior / Executive will mainly organise events for ATORG and APODDC . Responsibilities

• Experience in handling full sets of accounts for MCST and company’s account.
• Maintain Billing and Filling system for Account Payable, Account Receivable and General Ledger.
• Supervision of Daily Transactions of Accounts Team.
• Preparation and Submission of Quarterly GST return.
• Journal Transaction for Prepayment and Accruals.
• Prepare Balance Sheet Schedules.
• Check Account Payable, Account Receivable's Aging against the system and hardcopy documents.
• Check Inventory List for Accounting Entry.
• Prepare monthly management report Profit and Loss, Balance sheet, trial balance and financial statement.
• Liaise with Auditor, Bank and related parties when necessary.

• Oversee day-to-day financial matters, month-end and year-end accounts closing related to Payroll, which include:
• Pre-Payroll activities including, input and update employee details and manage government claims.

• Post-Payroll activities, including provision for bonus, manage month-end/year-end closing, submission of IRAS Tax Declaration Annual Form 8E, and answer employee payroll enquiries.

Requirements

• Define, design, and implement a creative VM strategy aligned with brand essence
• Assist in planning and implementation of creative marketing collaterals, promotion/event materials, store displays, point-of-sale and signage.
