Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
· Lead a team of Clinic Assistants to ensure efficient day-to-day running of the clinics
· Ensure policies and SOPs are properly developed and adhered to by all clinics and staffs
· Manage rosters of the clinic team
· Provide On-Job-Training to clinic staff and conduct training seminars
· Evaluate clinic team performance and look out for potentials to groom
· Evaluate stock levels of supplies and
· Supervise repair and replacement of clinic equipment and fixtures
· Manage internal and external communications
· Any other tasks as directed by the Manager
Skills and Qualifications:
· 'N' Level or 'O' Level / Nitec / Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
· At least 5 years Clinic Experience preferred
· Honesty and integrity in performing all tasks
· IT savvy and Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, Word
· Proactive, committed and ability to work independently under tight schedule
· Possess strong technical and problem solving skills
· Good team player
