Key Responsibilities:

• Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a productive and organized environment.
• Document Management: Prepare, file, and maintain documents, both physical and electronic, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and data, assisting in the preparation of regular reports as needed by management.
• HR Support: Assist in the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records.
• Customer Service: Assist with customer inquiries, provide administrative support to the sales or customer service teams, and handle routine client requests.
