Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor & maintain business health of franchise markets

• Drive revenue in franchise markets via new business channels and territory acquisition

• Maintain keen knowledge of franchise markets’ consumer patterns & trends

• Maintain continual communication & positive working relationship with franchise markets

• Support & share strategic and operational advice to franchisees with new outlet openings and when required

• Ensure franchisees are kept abreast of newest product developments and SOPs, and oversee the roll-out in franchise markets

• Maintain franchisee resource of training aids & marketing materials

• Develop, implement and execute training programs, policies and procedures for Franchise Partners, in accordance with the Division’s business objectives

• Monitor, coach and appraise the job results of trainers conducting all Training Programs

• Edit, compile, analyse and/or disseminate OER (Audit) results to all relevant stakeholders

• Conduct business presentations to management

• Supporting new market launches by planning relevant training programs and store attachments prior to its grand opening

• Generate reports and sales projections and market analysis as required

• Work closely with Finance to ensure timely billings and collections from franchise markets

• Updating & maintenance of existing franchisee data and databases

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or related discipline

• Keen business sense, interpersonal, planning, organisational & supervisory skills

• Expect frequent travel overseas

• Experience in franchise markets, preferably in F&B industry

• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite & Google forms

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Able to adapt to changing work requirements

• Able to work in a lean team, multi-task and work under tight deadlines

• May be required to work weekends (ad-hoc)

• Experience/ Certification in the following is advantageous:

• Video filming & editing software

Responsibilities

• Providing support to the Account Department (Receivable/Payable).
• Performing accounts daily processing tasks, such as filing, data entry, reconciliation, report preparation, banking, etc.
• Tabulating and checking to ensure payments paid/ received and records are accurate and initiate follow-up procedures.
• Process month-end closing activities
• Perform Inventory stock take in the warehouse
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Accounting/LCCI Management or equivalent
• Min 2-3 years relevant experience in AP & AR

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be mainly responsible for managing operation staff for the daily operation mentioned below while working closely with the client to fulfil the given direction & requirements.

• Prepare monthly MBR report to review operation performance & KPI
• Conduct the Bi-Annual Stock audit in terms of manpower and equipment to meet the requirement. Reporting to the customer for any discrepancy found.
• Manage 3rd party transporter to ensure the transporter meets the KPI in terms of punctuality and proper handling of the part during the delivery and collection
• Daily system check to ensure the overall process of operation is fully completed, and KPI is fulfilled
• Daily system check to ensure the EDI signal flows through WMS/TMS system without error.
• Perform the overall hands-on operation in the Finished Goods / Service warehouse and generate inventory count
• Picking using the scanner and scanning serial numbers for all products
• Organizing and monitoring inventory, repacking as and when required
• Loading and unloading packages as per requirement and conducting inbound checking
• Perform the required steps of item receiving and putaway
• Handling returns by completing technical documentation and other required communication

Job Requirements

• Min. 7 years experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Managerial role
• Deep Understanding & Knowledge in WMS & TMS
• Proficient in Ms Excel and Ms Power Point for reporting purpose
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must
• Forklift License
