Job Description:

• Handle full sets of accounts for clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing Strategies

• Under the guidance of the Segment Marketing Head, the selected candidate is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies specific to PSB Academy’s Certificate and Diploma programmes being assigned (portfolio):
• This includes overarching ATL and BTL strategies, messaging, lead generation, events/previews, branding, and partnerships for the assigned portfolio.
• Directly responsible for the development, control, and/or management of vendors pertaining to creatives and content marketing.
• Update information on website CMS, and work with the internal digital marketing team for the purpose of performance-based activities for assigned portfolio.
• Work closely with the Central Marketing team to ensure alignment of the PSB Academy brand narrative and strategic direction to that of the assigned portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure the marketing campaigns and activities support business and sales objectives.
• Responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and reporting campaigns and leads generation activities across different media channels.
• Collect market intelligence, conduct market analysis, and understand each location's marketing channels and costs to budget sensibly for each location.

Budget Management

• Analyse available data to evaluate ROI of each marketing effort.
• Regular monitoring and reporting on budgeting spent against planned marketing activities.
• Ensure marketing expenses are kept within budget.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business and Public Relations or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience
• Excellent integrated marketing and project management experience
• Experience in social media marketing and Google Ads is advantageous
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with cross-functional departments
• Ability to multi-task with a high level of initiative and sound business acumen
• Independent and dynamic personality
• Proficient in English
• CRM knowledge in HubSpot is preferred
• Fluent in suite of Microsoft Office applications
• Able to commit to supporting and/or leading events in the evenings and weekends when required. (Non-extensive)

Working Location: Toa Payoh

1. Provision of casework management and counselling through social work assessments and intervention in the management of ESRD patients. (BPSS, Risk & Needs Matrix, Case Intervention Plans etc) in the context of both medical knowledge in community dialysis setting.

2. Delivery of social work services and programmes to ESRD patients in need and their families.

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage ESRD patients in dialysis centre or home dialysis (HD/ PD) through client engagement, conducting interviews, data collection, case assessment (BPSS, risk & needs assessment and other relevant assessment tools), case conceptualisation, case planning and intervention plans for best patient outcomes
- Identify presenting/underlying issues and problems to design a care plan to enhance/maintain and promote psychosocial functioning of patients
- Conduct FFRs (Financial Fee Reviews) and placement on centres subsidies and welfare programmes

- Conduct visits to dialysis centre, home or hospitals to provide supportive counselling

- Advocate for the protection of patient's dignity, confidentiality and rights

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals professionally internally and externally in total patient management

- Network with government, community, social agencies or individuals to mobilise social resources to meet patient's needs
- Facilitate patient and caregiver support group programmes
- Document bio-data of patients and interventions in clinical system for records, complete timely online case documentations (Case session recordings, follow-up recordings, risk and needs assessment, social reports, patient feedback forms etc)

Requirements:

- BA in majoring Social Work/Graduate Diploma in Social Work
- Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Singapore Association of Social Workers

- Experience in social service agency, with at least 1 to 4 years in direct social work practice

- Dynamic, self-motivated and patient-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good direct case management abilities
- Team player

Job Responsibilities:

- To work closely with the business teams to ensure timely submission of agenda and papers for the Board/Board committee meetings within the timelines.

- To coordinate with the departments on presenters, collating and checking the papers for circulation to the Board/Board committees.

- To prepare paperwork for meetings eg Agenda, Itinerary, Status of Attendance, Minutes template, Matters of Arising etc

- Prepare and compute directors’ fees.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in a corporate secretariat department within an organisation will be an advantage.

• Create and implement a sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.

• Perform thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their security requirements and propose suitable CCTV solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CCTV technology and maintain a strong understanding of the company's CCTV product range.
• Prepare product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients to showcase the benefits of the CCTV solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in Security industry.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV/ACS and Network technology, surveillance systems, and other security solutions.
