• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant report.

Requirements:

• Experience and knowledge in office system furniture or commercial carpet or interior design
• Good contacts with interior Designer & Architect
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales – Corporate or equivalent

• Manage daily OT scheduling and finalise OT listing for timely dissemination
• Liaise with Surgeons, Anaesthetist, Nurses and Radiographer to resolve conflicted surgery schedule
• Manage After Office Hour (AOH) OT schedule
• Contact patients to remind them of surgery reporting time, reporting location and fasting instructions
• Answer incoming queries from patients regarding details pertaining to their surgeries
• Collation and analyse data for process improvement or utilization management

Requirements

• Diploma from a recognized institution
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Pro-active, self-motivated attitude
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and work in a team
• Service-oriented and customer-focused
