Duties of HR Operations Executive:

• Supporting daily HR functions
• Managing and maintaining employee data in the HR system to ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers.
• Provide support in orientation and any other company event
• Any ad hoc duties assigned.

＜Responsibilities＞

• To greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure including courtesy calls
• To support the department in managing the inbound travel operations of FIT/Groups originating from Japan & other regions.
• To coordinate and assist with special requests and arrangements.
• To provide Customer Service i.e. After Office Hour hotline handling on Duty Rotation basis
• To develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to enhance their experience.
• To monitor guest feedback and take proactive steps to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction.
• To be accountable and responsible for the overall service delivery i.e. onsite service
• To ensure understanding and compliance with all Travel policy and operational procedures in all markets.

＜Requirements＞

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field (preferably Travel and Tourism or equivalent).
• Min. 3 years relevant working experience with in-depth Inbound Travel Industry knowledge and experience with creative flair and good organisational skills
• Exceptional negotiation and superior communication skills
• Proven experience in dealing with Japanese FIT & Groups
• Results driven with exceptional quality focus
• Proficient in Japanese Language, an added advantage, in order to communicate effectively with Japanese clients
