Your Role

We are looking for a Patient Service Executive in assisting the Operations Manager and clinic teams in daily activities.

What Will You Do

• To assist the Operations Manager in planning and reporting activities.
• To work closely with the clinic teams in reinforcement positive morale, business execution and uphold company values.
• To attend to patients courteously with qualitied service standard.
• To perform front-desk duties like making appointments, billing and payment collection, handle enquiries like emails, phones, walk-in customers.
• To assist the radiographers or nurses if required.
• To assists in preparing patients for scans and bring them to the scanning room.
• To perform claims submission on insurance or Medisave, and verification of particulars and limits in various claims portal.
• To provide financial counselling for radiological procedures.
• To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

What Do We Want

• At least a GCE N or 'O' level, NITEC in Nursing or WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Operations.
• Have experience in healthcare industry and able to perform Phlebotomy would be added advantage.
• Customer oriented and have passionate in the Healthcare industry.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; CFA designation or progress towards CFA is preferred.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in equity research, investment analysis, or related roles within the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present investment ideas and recommendations.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision in work.
