About the role

As a Business Support Executive at Knight Frank, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the Managing Director to keep things running smoothly. The HR BPO Executive is responsible for supporting the delivery of outsourced HR services to clients, ensuring that HR processes like payroll, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance are efficiently managed. Responsibilities:

Payroll Management

- Process monthly payroll for clients, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, CPF contributions, income tax filings (IR8A/IR21), and other statutory submissions.

- Ensure payroll records are compliant with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other local regulatory bodies.

- Handle payroll queries from clients and employees, providing accurate and timely responses.

Recruitment Support

- Assist in managing outsourced recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling and interviewing, as well as coordination.

- Ensure all recruitment processes are aligned with local employment regulations, including proper documentation for new hires.

Employee Benefits Administration
