You will be responsible to plan and execute daily works efficiently and achieve high productivity. You need to ensure order fulfilment is accuracy and on-time processing and stock inventory.

What Will You Do

What Do We Want

• Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience in handling project inbound and outbound experiences
• Experience in documentation skills.

• Experience in planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience in leading and developing top performing teams
• Can accept one year contract. After one year will convert to permanent role all depends on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Control Manager, and Cost Manager with quantity surveying matters relevant to Sub-Contract, Works Order, and Purchase Order
• Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
• Liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers & other parties involved in the project
• Liaise with the construction/design team to prepare the document for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender
• Sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price comparison and costing summary
• Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors' progress payments
• Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings
• Prepare project budgeting and costing reports

Requirements

• At least 3 - 7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying with A1 Main Contractor in Singapore
• Solid experience with LTA | MRT projects
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or a Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent

• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with a recognized Engineering Degree
• At least 8 years experience in managing Civil, Architectural and/or E&M Building Services works of similar scale and complexity.
• Experienced in BIM and managing interfaces for the design and construction of transit projects; having a full understanding of the design and approval process as well as the BCA TOP process.
• Min 5-12 years of related experience on LTA - MRT or any Civil Infrastructure projects in Singapore
• Relevant coordination experience with Government Agencies

Inventory & Shipment

• Prepare KCT’s stock on hand for the fortnightly discussions.
• Provide projection of stocks holding period based on latest sales information.
• Highlight any shipment plans needed and ensuring no out of stock situation.
