Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative marketing and communication strategies, plans and approaches to the market
• Create and manage special events and campaign calendar
• Initiate new creative solutions to support company's business operation
• Creating of marketing material and proposal kits
• Responsible for content management and oversees company's various social media profiles and respond to reviews/enquiries
• Lead in outreaching to different partners and digital platforms for branding and marketing opportunities
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing Mass Communications, Creative Media Design, Digital marketing, Marketing, Advertising and relevant fields
• Preferably work experience in handling E-commerce platform
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software
• Knowledge in other word processing and web analytics tools will be an advantage
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive and result-oriented
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

AR:

1. Handle full functions of AR in Finance Department

2. Timely and accurate processing of invoices to customer

3. Carry out follow up actions to ensure receivables aging is clean and up to date

4. Create new debtor code

5. Process staff claims, submit quarterly GST, banker's guarantee application

6. Month end closing activity - AR aging report, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules and journal adjustments

7. Processing credit application form, managing credit risk

AP:

1. Handle full functions of AP in Finance Department

2. Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices to match with supporting documents

3. Planning of cash out-flow and processing of payments

4. Ensure all payments made are in accordance to Company's policies, procedures and guidelines

5. Carry out follow up actions to ensure creditors aging is clean and up to date

6. Create new creditor code

7. Month end closing activity - AP aging report, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules and journal adjustments

8. Assist in the general Finance administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by Immediate Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, IG, FB, and email/CRM software, marketing communications, promotion, etc
2. Brainstorm and execute new marketing ideas
3. Perform lead generation and track process
4. Generate content to post on social media platforms (IG and FB)
5. Communicate with agents and external parties to generate new marketing strategies
6. Research, identify new market opportunities and execute to increase revenue
7. Manage SEO and SEM plan
8. Build market presence

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Diploma and above in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field
2. Proven experience in digital marketing, pay-per-click campaigns, managing Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), marketing databases, email, social media, edm designs and/or display advertising avenues
3. Competent in Wordpress, WordPress plugins, Elementor, Canva, etc
4. Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, etc.)
5. Good eye for design, result oriented, self-driven and ability work independently with minimal supervision
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
