Job Purpose

The HR Executive will support the Human Resources department in ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance with statutory requirements, and the development of people strategies aligned with the mission and values of the charity. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

1. Education and ExperienceDiploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
   2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a charity, non-profit, or community service setting.

Be responsible for maximizing Murata sales opportunities by promoting product growth and account direction for assigned accounts. The position is accountable for emerging core business creation.
